Second Act Communities Vice President of Pre-Development Services, Sharon Shoff, was honored today at the 10th Annual  Hampton Roads Housing Coalition’s Annual Awards Ceremony. Sharon was recognized for her excellence in providing housing and community development in Hampton Roads.
